Bamboozled

I felt so loved when a friend on Twitter said that he missed my comics!  It wasn't the fact that he said he missed them, it was that he called my scribbles "comics!"  Up until now, I thought I'd basically been finger-painting with MS Paint.  But now I can consider myself a professional peer to Stan Lee and Dave Gibbons.

Boyfriend gave me a fancy-schmancy Bamboo tablet as a Valentine gift this year.  I was so excited that I got right to work by putting off learning to use it and collecting dust on its trendy black surface.  After he threatened offered to take it back, I decided to try it out.  It really is a nifty tool...but I'm not to quickest at picking up new gadgets so this is the best I have managed to draw with it so far:












Ooooh...colors and lines.

Well, I hope to fiddle with it some more this weekend so that I can get back to doodling and creating my in-demand "comics."
